What is
CeMAP?
The Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) is the industry-standard qualification for advising clients on mortgages in the UK. It’s split into three parts — CeMAP 1 (FSRE), CeMAP 2 and CeMAP 3.
CeMAP is awarded by Walbrook Institute London (formerly LIBF). You register and book your exams with Walbrook directly — exam and registration fees are paid to them and aren’t included in our course price.
Once qualified, you can apply to our Academy if it suits your plans — it’s optional and separate. And if you studied CeMAP elsewhere, you’re just as welcome.
