What we collect

Application and enquiry details you give us through our application form, by phone or by email: your name, email address, phone number, location or postcode, CeMAP status, previous experience, how you heard about us, and anything you choose to tell us.
Website usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies, only where you have given consent through our cookie banner (functional cookies excepted).

How we use it, and why

To respond to your enquiry or application, talk to you about whether the Academy is right for you, and provide the course details and agreement you ask for — because you have asked us to (steps before entering a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding.
If you join the Academy, to deliver the training and post-course support and to arrange your introduction to our partner firm — to perform our agreement with you.
To improve our website, where you have consented to analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Formspree, the service that securely delivers our website application form to us. Formspree is based in the United States, so your form details may be processed outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
Our website hosting and technical providers, who store and run this website for us.
Echo Finance, our partner firm, if you join the Academy and progress to the introduction to a self-employed adviser role — only the information needed for that introduction and its eligibility checks.
Thinkific, if you buy a CeMAP study aid. Purchases are made on Thinkific’s platform and are also covered by its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any agreement that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Details from enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted when no longer needed.
